Guppy
Guppy is a Gnutella UDP Ping tool. You can use this to check whether you can reach a Gnutella peer over UDP. It might be useful to determine whether your firewall settings are appropriate to permit Gnutella UDP traffic. The code is completely based on the UHC code in GhostWhiteCrab and distributed under a BSD-style license (MIT license).

Changes in Guppy from 1.2 to 1.3 (2005-09-14)
Fixed a minor compile problem concerning environments without any IPv6 support.
Changes in Guppy from 1.1 to 1.2
Added parameter -x (extreme ping) to scan all ports. This is useful to Gnutella clients on a remote host. Please consider that a full scan takes about 2 MB traffic. Thus, try this at home only.
Added IPv6 support. So far Gtk-Gnutella in current CVS is the only IPv6-capable Gnutella client in this universe to the best of my knowledge.
Changes in Guppy from 1.0 to 1.1
Added parameter -c to send SCP pings.
Modified the delays and the timeout.
